AWARD CRITERIA
The Learning Team of the Year Award is presented to a Learning and Development Team within a private or public sector organisation providing learning and development services to internal clients. Candidates should demonstrate consistent high quality and innovation – both in terms of content, client support and instructional techniques and the team’s impact on the organisation and the contribution to achieving business or organisation goals.
